Fruit King Demo: Where the Slot Runs and What 93 Spins Showed

In short: The free demo of Fruit King is a play-money copy of the Greentube slot that we reached through a third-party catalogue: Greentube's game page shows demo buttons, but its launcher returned an error when we tried it. Its rules screen prints the build's return, 95.00%.

You can try every part of this game for nothing, Cash Spins included, which our free session triggered on the fourth spin. What the free version can't tell you is whether a casino's copy uses the same return setting; the studio does not say.

What the Free Demo Gives You

The demo opens on 500.00 play credits at the default 1.00 stake, which the bet panel shows as 0.10 on each of the ten fixed lines.

Every screen the rules describe is there. That means eighteen stakes from 0.20 to 50.00, autoplay, the paytable, the Cash Spins rules, every line pattern and the full rules screen.

Where the Fruit King Demo Runs

We found the free version of Fruit King only on third-party slot catalogues, which load it from Greentube's staging servers. Greentube's game page does show demo buttons, but its launcher returned an error page when we opened it without a session.

Each catalogue requests a one-time session for its visitor. The address carries the words OGSTest and stage=1, while the server introduces itself as EuroCoinInteractiveSlotServer.

Two practical results follow. A demo link copied from a catalogue dies with its session: our second visit to the same address returned a 404 error. That's also why this site can't embed a stable copy.

Staging is simply the supplier's test environment. Over our 93 spins, nothing we captured contradicted the rules screen.

Demo Credits Versus Real Stakes

Demo credits are play money worth nothing, while real stakes from 0.20 to 50.00 run on the return setting of that casino's build, and the studio does not say whether it matches the 95.00% our build printed on its rules screen. The server named our build "Fruit King 95%", after its return figure.

So the free version shows the rules, the stakes and the feature faithfully. The setting a casino loads is a different matter: that casino's own rules screen is the place to read it.

Which return a paid copy runs is only half of it. Whether that paid copy may be played at all is a question of local law.

What 93 Demo Spins Showed

Our 93 paid demo spins at 1.00 ended 289.00 up. The balance checkpoints show how lopsided that was.

After 93 spins789.00Includes one 254.00 base-game spin

Fourteen of the 93 spins paid anything. Take out the feature plus the 254.00 spin: the other 91 returned 23.00 on 91.00 staked.

That is volatility 5 in a short sample. Brutal, really. A demo session, winning or losing, says little about the 95.00% return. What it shows well is how unevenly the money arrives.

One quirk worth knowing: after a win, the first press of START collects the payout, and only the next press spins. Odd, but harmless.

Five Checks Worth Making

Five screens inside the demo answer most of the questions people bring to this game, and every one of them can be read before a single credit is staked.

Fruit King rules ending in the VERSIONS block
The end of the rules screen in the demo: build 1.303.0, made by Greentube Netherlands BV, supplied by Greentube GmbH. Source: our own screenshot.

First, open MENU and scroll the rules down to RTP Range, where the return figure sits. Second, read the VERSIONS block at the very end: it lists build 1.303.0 along with the maker, Greentube Netherlands BV, and the supplier, Greentube GmbH. Third, check the Cash Spins page for the coin values, 1x to 25x the bet. Fourth, count the ten fixed patterns on the win lines page. Finally, start autoplay once: it asks for a loss limit plus a win limit before the first spin.

Where Free Play Stops Helping

Three questions stay open however long you play.

The first is the maximum win, since the rules screen names no cap; the game page is silent too. The second is a hit rate: Greentube publishes none, and our 14 paying spins out of 93 are one small sample. The third is what a casino runs, because the studio does not say whether casinos load the same return setting as our build.

We read the four bonus meters only at 1.00, where the Grand Bonus shows 2,500.00. If they scale with the stake the way coin values do, the Grand works out to 500.00 at 0.20; the multiple stays 2,500x.

Free Play and Local Law

The free demo takes no money and pays none, so it settles nothing about real-money play. That is legal in some countries and banned in others. Check your local law and your regulator's list of licensed operators before any paid copy of Fruit King.

A licence badge in a casino footer counts only once its number matches that list. We do not recommend leaving the demo for a real-money site you have not checked that way.

If the demo starts pulling you towards real stakes, Gambling Therapy offers free support to anyone, anywhere. BetBlocker blocks gambling sites on your own devices without charge, and both sit in this site's footer.

What Else Do Readers Ask?

These are the practical questions people ask before loading a free copy of this game; the answers come from our own session on .

Can the free version be played on a phone?

No, not that we can confirm: the build we opened identifies itself as an HTML5 desktop client, and we tested it only in a desktop browser.

Do play credits ever turn into cash?

No, play credits have no cash value. Our closing balance of 789.00 existed only inside that one-time session and disappeared when it ended.

Why does a saved link to the game stop working?

A catalogue link opens a one-time session on Greentube's staging servers. Once that session ends, the same address returns an error instead of the game.

Does autoplay stop by itself?

Yes, autoplay stops when a feature such as Cash Spins is awarded, or when the next bet would exceed the balance, besides the loss and win limits you set.

Is the free copy identical to a casino's copy?

No, not necessarily. Our copy printed 95.00% from Greentube's staging servers, and Greentube does not say whether casinos run the same return setting.
